The Maxsine EP5 Series High Performance Servo Drive offers a slim appearance design without compromising on performance. With its lightweight design, it significantly reduces the installation size, making it ideal for various applications.

 

Compared to the previous generation, the 400W drive volume is reduced by 30%, while the 750W drive volume is 40% smaller. This compact size allows for more flexibility in installation and integration.

 

The EP5 Series features an improved model algorithm, resulting in stronger performance. It offers a 3kHz speed loop response bandwidth and supports up to 25bit encoder, ensuring precise and accurate control.

 

With its online inertia identification, automatic notch, mechanical analysis, and gain adaptation capabilities, the EP5 Series provides advanced control options. The bus series products also support full closed-loop control, enhancing overall system performance.

 

The EP5 Series comes with a new interface design, making it easy to use and navigate. It is compatible with 5V differential/24V single-ended command pulse input, with a maximum input pulse frequency of 4MHz. The 7-way DI/5-way DO function customization allows for personalized configuration.

 

Featuring a compatibility design, the EP5 Series can be easily integrated with rotary motors, direct-drive motors, and linear motors. It is also compatible with various types of encoders, including single-turn/multi-turn absolute value, magnetic encoder, and rotary transformer.
