Sprocket electric roller
1. Suitable for heavy-duty transportation. The commonly used sprockets are 08B14T, single chain or double chain.Materials available are carbon steel, stainless steel, and sprockets of other specifications can also be configured.
2. The torque attenuation is large. In order to exert its best transmission performance, the double chain drive should be arranged in the middle of the conveyor as much as possible.

 
Synchronous pulley electric roller
1. The synchronous belt can effectively prevent slipping. Generally, in scenarios where high position accuracy is required, the synchronous wheel material is usually 2 grooves. The T5 type 26-tooth plastic steel synchronous wheel can be customized to meet special requirements. The material can be aluminum alloy. , stainless steel and other materials.
2. The load capacity of the roller depends on the transmission arrangement and synchronous belt model. Normally, the load capacity of a single zone can reach 100KG.
