Introducing the EP5 series from Suzhou Conversion Technology Co., Ltd. This servo drive boasts a sleek and lightweight design, reducing installation size significantly. The 400W drive is 30% smaller than the previous generation, while the 750W drive is a remarkable 40% smaller.
Enhanced with improved model algorithms, the EP5 series delivers stronger performance with a 3kHz speed loop response bandwidth and up to 25bit encoder. It supports online inertia identification, automatic notch, mechanical analysis, and gain adaptation.
Featuring full closed-loop control for bus series products, the EP5 series offers a new interface design for user-friendly operation. It is compatible with 5V differential/24V single-ended command pulse input, with a maximum input pulse frequency of 4MHz.
Customize functions with 7-way DI/5-way DO, utilizing spring terminal blocks for IO solderless connection. The EP5 series includes a 1394 encoder interface for compatibility and versatility.
With driver output power ranging from 100W to 15kW, this servo drive can be paired with rotary motors, direct-drive motors, and linear motors. It supports various encoder types, including single-turn/multi-turn absolute value, magnetic encoder, and rotary transformer.
Additional features include optional dynamic brake, remote firmware upgrade support, and communication options like Modbus, CANopen, EtherCAT, and PROFINET. The bus series products also offer optional STO function for added safety.
