Safety in use |
The electric roller integrates the motor, reduction device and other components into a sealed cylinder. Only the support shafts at both ends need to be fastened to the conveying equipment, making the equipment operation safer and more reliable. |
1. Suitable for heavy-duty transportation. The commonly used sprockets are 08B14T, single chain or double chain.Materials available are carbon steel, stainless steel, and sprockets of other specifications can also be configured.
2. The torque attenuation is large. In order to exert its best transmission performance, the double chain drive should be arranged in the middle of the conveyor as much as possible.
1. The multi-ribbed pulley is installed at the end of the roller, which separates the driving and conveying areas, making the conveying more stable, high-speed and silent.
2. The multi-ribbed pulleys are available in three materials: stainless steel, aluminum alloy and plastic steel.9 grooves, equipped with PJ type poly-ribbed belt.
3. The maximum load can reach 200KG. For loads exceeding 100KG, a multi-ribbed belt is required.
4. The load capacity of the roller depends on the transmission arrangement and the V-belt model. When there are few passive rollers or when a 3- or even 4-groove V-belt is used, the load capacity is high, and vice versa.
5. Suitable for high-speed conveying. Depending on the diameter and length of the roller, the speed will vary, up to 120m/min.
