Equipment Operation Description:
- The splice conveyor belt slices fabric at the end of the dryer using a built-in sensor to detect the fabric edge. The feedback equipment then collects the cloth.
- The buffer conveyor belt smoothly transfers and stacks fabric to the user-specified height. The receiving buffer consists of 3 stations with a total length of 4.5 meters.
- The palletizing layers are determined based on material barcode information recognized by the front-end camera. Fabric is wrapped and layered according to the two-dimensional code for efficient palletizing and division.
