Equipment Operation Description:
- The splice conveyor belt slices fabric at the end of the dryer using a built-in sensor to detect the fabric edge. Feedback equipment collects the fabric.
- The buffer conveyor belt smoothly transfers and stacks fabric to the user-specified height. The receiving buffer has 3 stations and a total length of 4.5 meters.
- Palletizing layers are determined by material barcode information from the front-end camera. Fabric is sub-wrapped and layered based on the two-dimensional code for palletizing and division.

- The equipment layout is ergonomic, with a scientific and aesthetically pleasing wiring design. Sharp corners and angles are prohibited, and human contact areas are properly protected.
