The IV3 Series Vision Sensor with Built-in AI is a revolutionary product that sets itself apart from conventional models. It incorporates artificial intelligence specifically designed for presence and difference checking, allowing it to automatically determine imaging conditions and detection conditions. This advanced technology eliminates the need for specialized knowledge or extensive setup time, making installation and operation incredibly simple.

 

With the IV3 series, all you need to do is focus on the part you want to inspect and register a minimum of one OK and one NG image. The sensor's all-in-one design includes a lens and illumination, eliminating the need for separate device selection. This ensures immediate finalization of detection results without any adverse effects from ambient light.

 

Setting operations are performed using a small amplifier with a built-in high-performance CPU, eliminating the need for a separate high-performance PC. This compact and powerful sensor supports a wide range of installation distances, from 50 to 3000 mm. Its maximum field of view of 2730 × 2044 mm enables detections from extremely wide angles, making it suitable for a wide variety of applications.
